I live and work in Orkney. I came up to Orkney in 1992 to work at The North Ronaldsay Bird Observatory. Within a year I was married to an island man and my first of two children was on her way. It was while I lived on North Ronaldsay that I started my artwork again. I went snorkelling down at the pier which is where I met the seal that is in the 'Seal Rising' etching.
We then moved to South Ronaldsay and I have The Inkstone Gallery where I show my work.
